This version adds new features and corrects many issues:
- You can now set the background or text colour to Black, and White, regardless of whether or not your Mac is in light or dark mode.
- Prevents an issue where you could open more than one window of Settings or Clock at once.
- You can now close individual windows with Command-W. You can also now hide controls on the clock with Control-Command-H.
- Improved the ability to open the Help Desk & Privacy Policy from the app.
- The app is now more efficient, and will use less CPU power, and will use less energy.
- Redesigned the Marketing & Support website.
- More small tweaks.
This version includes more customisation options for your clock:
- Your clock can automatically change backgrounds at the turn of every hour. This option is off by default and it can be toggled under the "Change the background every hour." option in Settings.
- You can now make the font size on clock & date larger. You can toggle this in the "Size of the clock." option in Settings.
- The interface of the Settings panel has been modified, including the placement of options in Settings has been changed. Some options have been grouped into one category to be clearer to users, and to provide a cleaner interface.
This version of Moment In Time fixes an issue where the "Play a sound every second." setting could not be changed after installing the previous version.
Moment In Time 1.2.1 adds support for macOS Mojave and above. Now you can run Moment In Time on your older Macs!
This version also replaces the switches in Settings with buttons to be more intuitive to computers, and streamline the interface. It also fixes a bug where the "Fancy (New York)" font may not appear correctly on some computers.
This version contains new quality-of-life improvements:
- When controls are hidden, the button titled "Hidden" will also now be hidden, you can access it again by simply hovering over it's spot.
- Below the toggles in the Settings panel, there is now a "Close Settings" button to prevent confusion.
This update contains a bug fix for Moment In Time.
More specifically, corrected a bug when opening the Help Desk recently wouldn't directly open to the macOS Help Desk, instead, it would open to a version selections page that would then take you to the Help Desk.
- You can now change the font on your clock to any of 4 options:
- You can now open Settings by clicking on a new button labelled "Settings" below the "Copy" button.
- You can now hide the "Copy" and "Settings" buttons on the clock by clicking "Hide Controls" above the clock.
- Removed the unused "Edit" menu on the menu bar.
